The DEFY Lifting Inserts use a double-sided adhesive to stick to your shirt and skin at the same time. This ensures they work effectively, stay in place, and are comfy to wear all day. This adhesive naturally wears off with regular use. We've noticed customers are able to use the same pair around 100 times (or 3 months of everyday use) before the adhesive wears off. However, we have discounts for our loyal customers, so you'll always be able to have a pair of DEFY Inserts!

Yes! Unlike others, our inserts are made with hypoallergenic, skin-friendly materials to prevent irritation.

We don't recommend using DEFY Inserts with tops that are super thin and super loose. While it's possible, they're more likely to not not provide the best results.

The majority of tops that are regular in fit and have regular thickness work great with DEFY Inserts!

Yes! We have 4 different sizes of our inserts available, so you can choose the size that matches your regular bra size. If you're in between our sizes, we recommend going with the smaller option to ensure there's a snug fit.

We recommend hand washing only to maintain their shape and quality. Wash with mild soap and water, then let air dry.
